To All Members:

Thank you so much for your continued support of the New Market Battlefield State Historical Park and its programs. Your good service during the Spirits of New Market program provided a great experience to over 100 visitors this year. Your unit continues to excel in interpretation at the park. I look forward to future opportunities to work with you again. I also wish to publicly acknowledge Waverly Adcock's role in taking care of all of the logistics over the years. Thanks again Wave!

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Thank you all for a great time!! The Fourth of July Parade, Live Shooting Competition, Cookout, Fireworks and Hospitality were just outstanding. One of the best Fouth's we have ever experianced. We know we will never hear the Chordettes song Lollipop in the same way again and we sure do hope Bobby finds his sock smile

Hello Waverly and members of the WAG. Great website! I was impressed with the organization and in particular, your by-laws concerning safety. Cudos! I am also writing to express my sincere thanks for your help with our 150th Anniversary travel writers FAM last Saturday. I am consistently impressed with your level of interpretation and willingness to help out.

I will refer you to a wonderful web site known as The Valley of the Shadow Project. http://valley.vcdh.virginia.edu/choosepart.html This site has a wealth of information about the Ready Rifles. I'm not sure what information you have on your ancestor but I did see he is listed on that web site. Let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Iam looking for as much information as i can find on co. I , the Ready Rifles from Sangerville Va. and was wondering if your historian would have any information they could pass on. I am the only G.G. Grandson of Thomas Jefferson Grayson company I 5th regement The army of the Vally Thanks T. B. Freeman
